Rules and Regulations
- Winners are subject to and must pay the Federal and State income tax for
the value of the Grand Prize prior to receiving the prize.
- Winners of cash prizes shall pay Federal and State income tax for value
of the cash prize received.
- Winners are responsible for government, dealer and DMV fees as applicable
by law. Winner must qualify with Financial Institution and provide valid
Driver's License and Proof of Insurance to receive prize.
- Grand Prize color and final configuration subject to Dealer stock. Additional
options and special orders can be made at winner's expense.
- Raffle tickets are $100 per ticket and will benefit Mission Hospital. Mission
Hospital Foundation is a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3)
of the Internal Revenue Code. Buying a raffle ticket does not qualify
as a charitable income tax deduction.
- By entering, entrants release Presenter and its members, directors, agents,
employees, donors and other related entities from any and all liability
with respect to the prize.
- Winner may gift vehicle.
- No cash option. No refunds of raffle ticket purchases or prize substitutions.
- Winner shall receive a credit of $39,000 towards the purchase of a vehicle
from Audi Mission Viejo, INFINITI of Mission Viejo or Volvo Mission Viejo.
*If a "build your own" vehicle is desired, the winner may apply
a $39,000 credit toward the total price of the Audi, INFINITI or Volvo
model or configuration desired. The total price of "build your own"
vehicle will be based on the manufacturer invoice price of the vehicle
chosen, plus applicable taxes, fees and interest charges. A "build
your own" vehicle may not exist in the dealerships' inventory
and a factory order may be required. A typical factory order takes 60-90
days to complete.
Raffle will be held the evening of Thursday, June 8, 2017, at the Mission
Hospital Golf Classic Dinner. Tickets limited to 1,400. Participants have
a 1 in 200 change of winning. Winner need not be present to win. Proceeds
benefit Mission Hospital.
